Lactium® owns a health claim authorization from the DGCCRF (approved by the AFFSA) at a dosage of 150mg/day.

Moreover, Lactium® is on the EHPM/CIAA list, waiting to receive a European health claim authorization from the EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) in 2010 (EEC Regulation 1924/2006 art. 13 and 21.)
