Effectiveness acknowledged by the authorities

Lactium® received the authorization from the DGCCRF (approved by the AFSSA) for the following health claim (at a dosage of 150mg/day):

“ … can moderate the tense response to stress, especially for highly sensitive persons”.

 

Moreover, Lactium® is on the EHPM/CIAA list, waiting to receive a European health claim authorization from the EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) in 2010 (EEC Regulation 1924/2006 art. 13 and 21.)

 

Consumer-friendly labelling

  • In Europe and Asia, Lactium® can be labelled as: “ milk protein hydrolysate ”
  • In the United States, Lactium® can be labelled as: “ casein hydrolysate ”

 

Lactium® was approved by the FDA and benefits from GRAS and NDI (New Dietary Ingredient) status in the United States.
