After 9 clinical studies in stress-relief and sleep improvement, and a more recent consumer study showing 8/10 satisfied consumers, Lactium® obtains a new recognition by the scientific community.
The review Nutrients has published in May the article by Benoit and al. validating Lactium®’s mode of action, and in particular its binding on the GABA-A receptors in the brain.
